Verse 6 In Ephesians 1:20 we have been shown how the surpassing power of God was displayed when he raised Christ from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places. Here a further truth is unfolded: God has also raised the people of Christ along with him (synegeirō) and made them sit with him (synkathizō) in those heavenly places.
